Introduction to This Trademark Notice

This Trademark Notice is an essential legal statement informing the public about the ownership and protection of all trademarks associated with Pakistan Clinicem. It is issued to protect the intellectual property rights of the clinic, preserve the integrity of its brand identity, and ensure that patients and the public can rely on our marks as genuine indicators of authentic Eastern Medicine services from our clinic.

  • The clinic logo and all graphical representations of our brand identity
  • Distinctive slogans and taglines including "Excellence in Eastern Medicine"
  • Any colour schemes, typography, or visual branding elements uniquely associated with Pakistan Clinicem
  • Domain names and digital identifiers used in connection with our services

Pakistan Clinicem asserts full and exclusive ownership over all trademarks displayed on its website, promotional materials, clinical documentation, and all other media. These trademarks are either registered with relevant intellectual property authorities in Pakistan or are in the active process of registration.

Unregistered trademarks enjoy protection under Pakistani common law and the Intellectual Property Rights Act (IPRA) by virtue of their established use and recognition in the market.

We encourage all users, patients, media, and third parties to respect these proprietary marks and refrain from any unauthorized use — whether registered or unregistered.

Trademark protection extends beyond mere registration — it encompasses any use that could cause consumer confusion regarding the source or affiliation of goods or services. This includes:
  • Use of identical or confusingly similar names, logos, or branding in the healthcare or Eastern Medicine sector
  • Use that falsely implies an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Pakistan Clinicem
  • Domain names, social media handles, or digital identities that incorporate our marks in a misleading way
  • Use in advertising or promotional materials that misrepresents the origin or quality of services
Any use that could mislead a patient or member of the public into believing there is an association with Pakistan Clinicem where none exists is considered infringement.

Legal Consequences of Infringement

Unauthorized use of Pakistan Clinicem's trademarks constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal action. The clinic reserves the right to enforce its trademark rights vigorously against any infringement or misuse, including:

  • Pursuing claims for damages, lost profits, and legal costs

How We Protect Our Trademark Rights
